At Bondi Tallow, we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly and carefully as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. During busy periods, product launches or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 2 to 8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1 to 4 business days

International

International shipping times vary by country and carrier, but most orders arrive within 7 to 21 business days.

Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees once they arrive in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Bondi Tallow is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and products so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
