Returns & Refunds

We offer a 40 day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at admin@bonditallow.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note that returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged, defective or incorrect so we can make it right.

Non Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Opened or used products unless faulty

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, the quickest option is to place a new order once your return has been approved.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, for any reason. Returned items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
